Goals/Objectives accomplished:
During the Leadership in Technological Change (CET 765) I developed an understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) and professional organizations that use TQM and their impact on the field of education. As a final project I selected a class that I would like to be a "quality" class and completed the Baldrige Criteria check sheets for each of the seven criteria listed below. This is just a starting point and since TQM is directed towards continuous improvement I will build on the criteria from year to year.
