I work with students and other stakeholders to create a high performance environment where learning is challenging yet joyful and all students meet their needs and experience success.

I will do the following:
a.  All stakeholders will be able to view the daily plans by looking at the lesson plans which will be posted on the class web page.

All classroom activities are value-added in that students focus around the vision, mission, and goals [central purposes of the class].

I will do the following:

a.  Students will have the opportunity, through the suggestion box and/or personal contact, to let me know if they feel that class time is not being used to complete our mission and goals.

My students and I use the Plan-Do-Study-Act Cycle as a model to design and improve the teaching-learning process.

I will do the following:

a.  I will provide students with a plan for completing each chapter and listen to any feedback.  At the completion of the chapter test, we will study the results and look to make appropriate changes for the next chapter’s plan.

My students and I work continually on improving all classroom processes.   We use a plus/delta and other quality tools to analyze and improve performance.

I will do the following:
a.  At the conclusion of each week we will make sure that all graphs are updated and look and discuss any trends that may have occurred, as well as how we can improve (if possible) the next week.
