understand the purpose of the various activities. b. Other stakeholders will be sent a letter explaining the process and the
different methods I have selected to try in my classrooms, along with my
rationale. |

I have created a classroom work system based on professional development training that is designed to help students and teachers achieve classroom goals in an atmosphere that stresses sharing, collaboration, and innovation. |

“quality” classroom that I want for the students. b. Students will go through some basic training so that they
understand why being a “quality” class is important. This training will include the affinity
diagram they will do to create their class goals. c. I
