I work with students and other stakeholders to create a high performance environment where learning is challenging yet joyful and all students meet their needs and experience success.

I will do the following:
a.  Post daily lesson plans on the class web page so that students, and other stakeholders, know exactly what will happen in class.

I have classroom goals that are measurable, publicly displayed, support school goals, and document that the classroom mission is accomplished.

I will do the following:
a.  Display the goals set by the class on a board in the classroom.
b.  Post various charts/graphs that show results of the different goals.

I involve students in developing and reviewing action plans to accomplish classroom goals.

I will do the following:
a.  Through the affinity diagram in the “Leadership” criteria students will develop classroom goals.

b.  Once the goals are identified, students will brainstorm ideas and decide what appropriate actions to take in order to accomplish the set goals.

c.  Actions will be reviewed at midterms and end of quarters to be sure they are working.
